Job Summary:

The Construction Manager oversees and manages all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.

  • Supervise site operations and ensure adherence to design plans, specifications, and schedules.

  • Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.

  • Manage project budgets, materials, manpower, and equipment allocation efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards.

  • Resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or delays promptly and effectively.

  • Review and approve project-related documents such as work permits, purchase requests, and change orders.

  • Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and clients.

  • Ensure timely completion and turnover of projects, including punch list and final documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
