What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze quantitative data and provide meaningful insights
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to accuracy and detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with utilities, ISOs, and regulatory agencies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
• Willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines when necessary

How You'll Make an Impact

• Monitor energy transaction dashboards and resolve exceptions
• Collect and translate market data to support transactions
• Research utility/ISO tariffs and market rules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate data management and service
• Provide administrative support including document preparation
