Works closely with: CTO / Solutions Architect, Product Team, Developers, QA Officer, Data & Prompt Engineer, UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who will take full ownership of our product delivery lifecycle — from planning and sprint execution to team performance and continuous improvement.

You will act as the bridge between Product vision and technical execution, ensuring that our development team is empowered, productive, and aligned to deliver high-quality, high-impact features on time.

In this hybrid role, you'll effectively wear two hats — Tech Project Manager and Scrum Master — while providing leadership, structure, and accountability for our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Lead and manage sprint planning, standups, retros, and backlog grooming across development, QA, and data functions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of features — ensuring clarity in requirements, realistic timelines, and quality outcomes.
• Work closely with the Product Director to translate roadmap priorities into actionable sprint goals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the CTO/Solutions Architect to align delivery plans with technical standards and architecture decisions.
• Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and leadership.

Team Management & Performance

• Oversee the day-to-day work of developers, QA, and the Data & Prompt Engineer.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance check-ins, and growth discussions, providing feedback and mentorship.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs within the delivery team; support continuous learning and development.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and agile team culture.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain and refine agile processes to improve team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Introduce tools, practices, and metrics that help the team deliver more efficiently (e.g. velocity tracking, retrospectives, CI/CD hygiene).
• Drive collaboration between Product, Design, and Engineering to improve cross-functional workflows.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide transparent, structured delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure early visibility of blockers, technical risks, and dependencies.
• Help translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable communication for non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in software delivery, with at least 2 years in a technical project management or Scrum Master capacity.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycles.
• Strong technical literacy — able to converse fluently with developers, QA, and data engineers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar project management platforms.

Bonus Points:

• Background in software engineering or QA.
• Experience working in startups or fast-moving product teams.
• Exposure to AI, EdTech, or data-driven product environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
