Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording financial transactions (e.g., expenses, receipts, and invoices)
  • Help prepare and organize accounting documents such as vouchers, official receipts, and invoices
  • Encode data into accounting systems Excel
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash monitoring
  • Help in filing and organizing BIR-related documents
  • Maintain and organize company files and records
  • Assist in procurement and inventory monitoring of office supplies

Qualifications
