What is your mission?

We are looking for a Architectural Designer to manage design development, construction documentation, and consultant coordination for multifamily and wood frame projects. This role involves producing high-quality Revit drawings, collaborating with internal and external teams, ensuring code compliance, and contributing creative ideas to deliver innovative, buildable, and efficient architectural designs.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Discuss building and zoning code issues with project teams, resolving gray areas as directed.
  • Contribute creative design ideas from prior experience and research during design meetings.
  • Develop and present design concepts to architects, consultants, and project managers.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality Construction Documents using Revit/BIM systems.
  • Coordinate site plans with senior architects, considering topography, survey, easements, and codes.
  • Review grading and drainage plans for compliance with company requirements.
  • Attend weekly RFI and coordination meetings, addressing project documentation needs.
  • Support site observations during construction and prepare conformance reports.
  • Coordinate with outside consultants including engineers, surveyors, and building departments.
  • Review and assure accuracy of consultant drawings before submission or distribution.
  • Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Promote teamwork across departments, consultants, and stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project design experience (lower experience considered for lower job levels).
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on Revit experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Multifamily design projects.
  • Experience with woodworks and woodframe designing (5 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Enscape for rendering.
  • Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements.
  • Experience working in architectural firms or real estate development companies.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
