If you're passionate about operational efficiency, have experience in insurance policy process, insurance administration, and thrive in a structured environment, this role is for you This position plays a key part in supporting our insurance team by handling essential processing tasks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth day -to -day operations. You'll be a valued part of our back -office support team, contributing to our commitment to excellence in client service. About the Role The position will report direct to the Admin Broker and Liaison Broker. The successful applicant duties will include, but will not be limited to: • Policy management using CBS Web • Liaising with Underwriters and Account Managers • Providing technical broking support • Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers within agreed service standards • Ensure reporting spreadsheets are up to date, in particular the claim status reports & debtors as and when required. • Claim History Review Job Duties and Responsibilities • Entering renewal and new business accounts into the system (invoicing) • Process new insurance applications, quotes, renewals, endorsements, and within required timeframes. • Maintain and update client records and policy documentation in internal systems. • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain quotes, confirm coverage, and resolve queries. • Assist brokers and account managers with administrative tasks and client follow -ups. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards. • Generate reports and summaries for internal and client use. • Support the claims team with documentation and follow -up as needed. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Requirements What We're Looking For: • At least 3+ years AU General Insurance experience • Knowledgeable with multiple insurance lines (e.g. Motor, Home, Property, Landlord, etc.) • Experience using / working with Insurance software/tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient working knowledge on O365 Benefits Why IntoGREAT?
