About the role

Strong-will Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Laguna Calabarzon, on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of goods and materials across our import/export and customs operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Document Screening and Verification

  • Review all pre-alert documents for accuracy and consistency. Ensure that documents contain required information like PEZA-approved item descriptions, quantities, weights, and HTS codes, COO, etc.

  • Coordination

  • Flag any discrepancies or missing information that may delay the clearance processing. Coordinate with the Purchasing team to resolve documentation issues. Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders on documentation issues.

What we're looking for

  • Preferably a College Graduate
  • 1+ years of experience in Logistics Management or related field is a plus
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
