The Logistics Head is responsible for leading and managing all logistics and supply chain operations on a construction project or across multiple sites. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery, storage, distribution, and movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to support efficient site operations. The Logistics Head ensures that construction timelines are met through effective resource allocation, inventory control, transport coordination, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and coordination across procurement, warehousing, site teams, and external suppliers.

A. Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
  • Training in construction safety and site operations is preferred.

B. Experience

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing logistics in large-scale infrastructure, building, or industrial projects.
