Duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Handling of petty cash and preparation of liquidation reports
  • Handling of 3rd party logistics via lalamove or transportify
  • Assist warehouse in attending project inquiries
  • Monitor scaffolding/ladder rentals
  • Review stocking requests for repleneshing of fast-moving items
  • Monitoring of vehicle RFIDs
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and updated warehouse record/data

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
  • Required at least 1 year of work experience in warehouse management or any admin task
  • Organized and keen to details
  • Familiar with basic accounting
  • Proficient in MS Excel is required
  • With background in inventory and documentation
  • Encoding and ERP experience are advantage
  • Keen to details and organized
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City (Main office is in Pasig)

Job Type: Full-time
