Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related programs
- At least three (3) years of experience in Project / Construction Management
Skills / Experience:
- Supervisory skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organization, time management, and scheduling skills
- Ideally with leasing experience
- Knows how to drive
Responsibilities:
- Receive and monitor the daily itinerary of the Admin personnel
- Assist the Admin personnel in scheduling / planning their individual itinerary
- Monitor daily the GPS, dashcams, IP cameras, CCTV cameras, and mobile phones of the company.
- Source suppliers, contractors, and dealers for repair and maintenance of facilities; new facility acquisitions (i.e., CCTV cameras, telephones, etc.); vehicles and insurance providers
- Perform the directives of the Admin Manager in the application for telecommunications and utilities
- Keep and maintain all masterfiles on fixed assets and motorpool
