POSITION SUMMARY TheBusiness Analyst, Information Technology is primarily focused on managing allfacets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule,budget, and quality goals. The Business Analyst will be responsible formanaging the project lifecycle from reviewing business requirements anddevelopment activities through production delivery. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDefines project scope, goals, and deliverables that supportbusiness goals in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.Obtains estimates/level of effort and distributes toclients, vendors, and stakeholders.Identifies and manages project dependencies and criticalpaths.Develop communications documents [Project status,milestones, Notification, Training guide, user manuals, etc.Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals,requirements documentation, and presentations such as LOE, System Approaches,Outline high -level flow, Release notes, etc.Gathers volume forecast information in order to identify andsupport infrastructure needsEffectively communicates project expectations to teammembers in a timely and clear fashionProactively manages changes in project scope identifiespotential risks and devises contingency plans and gap analysisIdentifies and tracks open issues within the project team.Tracks project milestones and deliverablesCollaborates with Support/technical staff, applicationsdevelopment, and the data owners/subject matter experts during various phasesof the project lifecycleEstablish the data quality business rules that will providea data quality improvement planImplements Change Management processes and procedures whenneededCollaborates with the team to create and maintain SystemDocumentationPerforms all assigned duties efficiently and technicallycorrectly, follows Company policies, rules and regulations, and requests ofSuperiors. Adheres to procedures and achieves a high standard, leading to totalguest and Company satisfaction.Updates oneself and follow security and safety proceduresaccording to Company's rules and regulations.Attends departmental meetings and training when requested.Performs other duties that immediate superiors may assignfrom time to time. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS At least 3 -5 years of experience in the same capacity.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline Business Analyst and project scheduling skillsExperience with tracking project deliverablesSubject matter expert during various phases of the project lifecycleProject documentation and status reporting skillsStrong Organizational/ Communication skills
