Scrum Master

Position: Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Digital Delivery Team supporting B2C web platform projects. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile processes, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of digital products.

The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with Agile frameworks, possess strong facilitation and communication skills, and have the ability to understand and support the technical aspects of web development, including .NET, ReactJS, Java, and SQL-based environments.

Must-Have:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development practices
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Nice-to-Have:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of .NET, ReactJS, Java, and SQL technologies
• Familiarity with B2C platforms, content management systems, or e-commerce applications
• Prior experience in software development or testing (Frontend or Backend)
• Understanding of technical architectures, enabling productive discussions with developers
• Exposure to Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)

• Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies ensuring sessions are efficient, focused, and value-driven
• Remove impediments and foster collaboration and self-organization within the team
• Partner with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog
• Track sprint progress and team performance using JIRA or similar tools
• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the Scrum Team
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and change impacts
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation for sprint deliverables and team metrics
• Facilitate open communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Support process optimization and team maturity initiatives across projects
