Position Title: Marketing Strategist & Virtual Assistant (Part-Time Contractor)
Location: Remote (International OK – Must Have U.S. Market Experience)
Compensation: $25–30/hour USD | 15–20 hours/week to start
Reports To: Executive Leadership | Contract Role

We deliver high-impact keynotes, workshops, and advisory services that combine data-driven insights with equity-centered design.

About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Strategist & Virtual Assistant who is internationally based but has strong experience supporting U.S.-based companies, clients, and audiences. This is a key leadership contractor role designed to support and eventually replace our current VA, with opportunities to grow into a long-term strategic partner.

This is not a junior VA position. We're seeking someone who can confidently own marketing operations, contribute to strategy, and execute high-quality deliverables across email, social media, podcast outreach, and light admin support.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution (Primary)
· Plan and execute quarterly digital marketing campaigns
· Manage email marketing using Zoho Campaigns
· Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) via Zoho Social
· Set up and promote virtual/in-person events on Eventbrite
· Identify media and podcast opportunities and assist with outreach
· Collaborate with our designer to produce branded content
· Analyze performance data and recommend improvements

Podcast & Guest Speaking Outreach
· Research and pitch relevant U.S.-based podcasts and media outlets
· Manage the scheduling, coordination, and follow-up process
· Maintain a centralized outreach and booking tracker

VA/Admin Support (Transitional)
· Support client onboarding, meeting coordination, and internal tracking
· Assist with travel coordination and logistics (if needed)
· Help manage client gifting and communication touchpoints
· Learn existing systems and prepare to fully absorb the current VA's responsibilities

What We're Looking For
· Based outside the U.S., but with strong experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies
· 3 years in digital marketing, content creation, or virtual assistant roles
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Self-starter who can manage deadlines and own strategy
· Familiarity with Zoho tools, Google Workspace, Eventbrite, and Canva
· Able to overlap partially with U.S. time zones (CST preferred)
· Bonus if you've supported keynote speakers, authors, or consulting brands

Compensation & Commitment
· $25–$30/hour USD based on experience
· 15–20 hours per week to start, with potential for increased scope over time
· Long-term contractor opportunity
