Customer Service & Quality Assurance: Review customer service calls and messages. Provide feedback to enhance service and lead conversion. Assess customer interaction effectiveness for improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including VLOOKUP and data management.
Experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
Proven lead generation experience on platforms like Yelp, Home Advisor, Angie's List, Facebook, and Instagram.
Strong analytical skills focused on marketing metrics (ROI, cost per acquisition).
Experience in customer service quality assurance (reviewing calls, providing feedback).

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
