The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, boost customer engagement, and support overall business goals. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective planning, execution, and performance of all activities.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, PR, and promotional initiatives to maintain a strong and consistent brand image.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content creation, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to support integrated marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven reports and recommendations.
  • Manage marketing budgets, optimize spending, and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.
  • Plan and oversee events, product launches, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership or managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in developing and overseeing budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
