Hotel General Manager

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role, preferably in the Hotel or Hospitality Management industry.
- At least 5 years of general management & leadership experience preferably in hospitality industry
- Proven pre-opening experience in hospitality or F&B operations (ideally in a beach club, resort, or restaurant setting)
- Strong background in B2B client management, preferably in hotel industry
- Background in luxury dining, high-end retail, or international F&B brands preferred.
- Familiar with hotel operations, supply chain management and customer service excellence
- Above average track record in building a high performing sales team to implement the company's marketing plans
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple departments, and deliver results.
- Willing to relocate & assigned in Tacloban City
- Can Start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php90,000.00 per month
