-Preferably has at least 5 years' experience of working in a hotel, Integrated Resort or any hospitality related business doing Marketing Communications or Corporate (Public Relations) Communications or Sales and Marketing or related professional area.

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communications Arts, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field (Master's degree a plus).

-Proven track record in campaign execution and measurable growth outcomes.

-Strong background in integrated marketing: branding, events, digital, content production, and campaign management.

-Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Clickup) and comfortable with budget management.

-Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage external agencies/vendors, and drive implementation.

-Thorough knowledge of the latest technology, trends and platforms for integrated marketing

-A potent combination of strategic/creative vision and superior analytical skills/ business acumen

-Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.

-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, on-call, and flexible hours.

-Flexibility to work in a 24/7 warehouse operation, including weekends and holidays

  • Residing in Tacloban City or nearby.

-With complete requirements

  • Willing to be assigned in Tacloban
