Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect

Location: Onsite, Quezon City, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PH Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. This full-time, onsite role is suited for a design professional with strong attention to detail, a passion for creating inspiring spaces, and the technical expertise to translate concepts into reality. You will work collaboratively on diverse projects, contributing to both residential and commercial designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interior and architectural designs that balance aesthetics and functionality across various project types.
  • Assist clients at different project stages by providing expert guidance on layouts, finishes, and furnishings.
  • Produce detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
  • Prepare and present design proposals for review by the team and clients.
  • Utilize software tools such as Revit, 3ds Max, Enscape, Photoshop, Canva, and others to create design presentations.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Adapt to evolving workflows, platforms, and systems as needed.
  • Manage workload independently while maintaining accountability for quality and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency with Revit (required).
  • Experience with rendering software such as Autodesk 3DS Max and Enscape.
  • Competence in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and related design/presentation tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with international clients or design standards is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
