  1. Conduct routine checks on IT systems, including computers, printers, and peripherals, to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

  2. Install, configure, and update software applications to ensure compatibility and compliance with security standards.

  3. Document system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and consistency.

  4. Assist in monitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues to maintain system uptime.

  5. Manage user access to network resources, including shared drives, printers, and email system.

  6. Support the implementation of firewall, antivirus, and other security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and threats.

  7. Provide first-level technical support to clinic staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

  8. Assist with installing and troubleshooting software applications required for clinic operations.

  9. Conduct basic troubleshooting, such as password resets and software navigation, while maintaining a user-friendly approach.

10.Record and monitor recurring technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff or external support as necessary.

11.Ensure proper documentation of incidents to identify trends and recommend preventative measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Base Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
