What you'll do
- Coordinate daily MRO transactions: ensure requests, approvals, and issuances are processed accurately and on time.
- Manage receiving & documentation: verify deliveries against POs/DRs, file records, and update logs (no manual offloading).
- Inventory control: schedule & assist in cycle counts, reconcile variances, and maintain accurate stock cards / ERP entries.
- Material issuance & tracking: prepare pick lists, tag items, record withdrawals/returns, and monitor minimum/maximum levels.
- Tool room & storeroom admin: maintain orderly shelves/labels, track loaned tools, monitor calibration/condition statuses.
- Data & reporting: update dashboards, prepare daily/weekly inventory and movement reports (Excel/Google Sheets/ERP).
- Vendor & internal coordination: follow up deliveries, book slots, coordinate with Security/Accounting/Procurement for smooth gatepass, GR, and payment workflows.
- Compliance & safety support: ensure proper PPE use in the area, correct storage/5S, and timely filing of safety/incident notes.
- Housekeeping oversight: coordinate clearing schedules with utility/warehouse teams; ensure safe walkways and compliant storage.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in warehouse/storeroom, logistics, supply chain, or admin coordination (manufacturing exposure is a plus).
- Strong organization & follow-through; comfortable managing checklists, documents, and multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication skills (email, Viber/Teams, phone); can coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams.
- Tech-savvy basics: Excel/Google Sheets, document control, inventory systems/ERP (nice to have).
- Accuracy & integrity in handling counts, tags, and records; proactive in flagging discrepancies.
- Safety awareness and respect for SOPs, permits, and audit requirements.
