Warehouse Assistant

Suresource International Trading Inc. is a leading supplier and contractor for retail fit-outs, racks, and construction materials. We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse — from receiving and inventory management to dispatch and delivery coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a small team to ensure materials are accurately tracked, stored, and delivered on time for ongoing projects.

• Supervise all warehouse activities: receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Track inventory levels of construction materials, fixtures, and project supplies.
• Coordinate closely with the purchasing and project teams to ensure timely material releases.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Google Sheets or other tracking systems.
• Implement and maintain proper labeling, shelving, and warehouse organization.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure accuracy and minimize loss.
• Supervise warehouse staff and drivers; assign daily tasks and ensure safety compliance.
• Suggest improvements to warehouse layout, process flow, and inventory tracking systems.

• 1-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience (preferably in construction or hardware industry).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with inventory software is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site and oversee operations daily.
• With valid driver's license (preferred).
