Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound messages across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients and engage them in a professional yet personable manner.
  • Qualify prospects through scripted and personalized messaging strategies.
  • Schedule and set appointments for the sales or closing team.
  • Track and update conversations in the CRM or database for proper follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging with campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain brand voice and professionalism in all communications.
  • Report daily progress, including KPIs such as messages sent, conversations started, leads generated, and appointments booked.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media handling, community management, or lead generation.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and a conversational tone.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to different personalities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling tools, or chat automation (a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
