Associate Operations Manager

The Associate Operations Manager will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, implementing process improvements, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities
• Leads by example to drive team performance in quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Co-manages daily operations, including attendance, task execution, coaching, and issue resolution.
• Conducts team meetings and 1:1s to align goals, provide feedback, and boost engagement.
• Participates in client meetings to track and resolve open items and ensure alignment.
• Analyzes performance data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborates on staffing, tools, and operational strategies with Connext and client leadership.
• Supports recruitment, training, quality assurance, and special projects with measurable results.
Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Explains information clearly to teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and open to continuous learning.
• Stays calm under pressure and solves problems effectively.
• Experienced in team leadership and multitasking across accounts.
• Data-driven with strong decision-making and time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; flexible with shifts and work setups.
Screening Criteria
• At least one (1) year of experience in people management or leadership role in any industry.
• Has managed a team of at least 10 team members.
• Experience talking to and assisting customers or clients, whether they are individuals or representatives from another company (Business- to-business or business-to-consumer setting).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Training or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TQM, or Project Management preferred.
• Background in working with clients or managing external partners considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in the medical field, tech support, or accounting is a plus.
• Must have stable employment history.
