Reporting to the Head of Technical Delivery, this full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.What you'll be doing
Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project tasks and activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure seamless project execution
Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues, and propose solutions to senior stakeholders
Facilitate effective communication and alignment between the IT team and business stakeholders
Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and resource utilization
Continuously improve project management processes and techniques to enhance delivery efficiency
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical project or delivery management role, preferably in the banking or finance industry
Proficient in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and associated tools
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and enterprise IT systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Proven track record of leading successful IT project deliveries within budget and timeline constraints
Familiarity with banking or finance industry regulations and compliance requirements
