You will process your own benefits: Mandated benefits; No benefits for this role (that is why this is Consultant) & lesser tax. We Prefer candidates with BIR 2303. After 6 Months, it depends with your project status & performance or to the client (that you will be supporting) if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Delivery Manager / Tech Lead

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • REQUIRED: Amenable to work on a FULLY ONSITE in Makati & ORTIGAS (Candidate must be open to work both in Ortigas & Makati as it depends with the hiring manager)
  • Open to work on a DAYSHIFT SCHEDULE
  • Open for project based employment- Consultant role as indicated above- You will process your own benefits
  • At least 7+ years of experience in Software delivery and project leadership.
  • Strong background in Agile or hybrid methodologies, system design, and technical oversight
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php90, Php130,000.00 per month
