We're excited to offer an opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Project Management Associate to join our fast-growing and innovative team in the brand measurement industry. This role plays a key part in managing and expanding our thriving APAC business.

As a Project Management Associate, you will be part of our Research Team, reporting directly to the Client Services Director. You'll work closely with internal teams to design, implement, and manage robust quantitative research solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in quantitative research and a passion for project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of research projects, from setup to final client delivery

Collaborate with the Client Services Director to advise clients on best practices in quantitative research

Coordinate survey setup, including scripting and quality checks

Monitor and document project progression, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Liaise with internal operations and research teams to proactively manage day-to-day project activities

Prepare and format client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity

Attend meetings with clients and vendors to ensure alignment and progress

What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role within market research or project management

Strong project management and organizational skills

A self-starter with the initiative to manage tasks independently

High attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting data

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Knowledge of questionnaire design best practices is a plus

Passion for advertising and marketing is a strong advantage

Work Requirements:

Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 8 PM

A reliable laptop or computer and a high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work
