Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, optimize ad spend, and scale revenue through innovative digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in paid media, and skilled in affiliate marketing and retargeting campaigns.

Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Management:

Optimize and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs. Ensure profitable CAC and pause underperforming campaigns.

  • Creative Testing & Optimization:

Conduct weekly A/B tests on ad creatives (headlines, CTAs, offers) and align with trending sports events and topics.

  • Affiliate & Traffic Growth:

Expand affiliate networks (CPA, revenue share) and onboard new media buyers and traffic sources. Optimize tracking for improved performance.

  • Retargeting & Reactivation:

Launch remarketing campaigns via push notifications, SMS, and other channels to re-engage inactive users.

  • Data-Driven Budget Scaling:

Allocate and adjust marketing budgets based on performance data. Conduct weekly audits to ensure sustainable growth and meet target ROAS.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition
  • Expertise in paid media buying (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs)
  • Strong background in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and creative performance analysis
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, and traffic partnerships
  • Proven ability to scale ad budgets profitably
  • Proficiency in tracking & analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Sportsbook/sports betting experience is a plus
  • Highly analytical, results-driven, and knowledgeable in DAU growth strategies
