RESPONSIBILITIES

● Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and e-commerce channels.

● Conduct audience research and analyze market trends to inform media recommendations.

● Assist in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to ensure efficient budget use and maximum ROI.

● Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and improvement

recommendations.

● Coordinate with creatives, accounts, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

● Maintain accuracy in campaign documentation, schedules, and budget tracking sheets.

● Stay updated on platform changes, new ad features, and best practices in digital media buying.

● Participate in training sessions and mentorship activities to build skills in media planning and

analytics.

WORK EXPERIENCE

● At least 1 year of experience in roles such as Performance Marketer, Campaign Planner, Media Analyst, o ssimilar.

● Demonstrated experience in media planning, with a strong grasp of digital media platforms

such as Meta, TikTok, Lazada, or Shopee.

● Familiarity with media buying, campaign evaluation metrics, and ad optimization strategies.

● Broad understanding of traditional and digital media channels.

● Hands-on experience in optimizing ad campaigns based on key variables such as geography, frequency, and time targeting.

● Skilled in collecting and analyzing market data to inform media recommendations.

● Strong analytical mindset with an aptitude for statistics and performance tracking.

● Comfortable working in hybrid or digital-first environments.

REQUIRED

● Proficiency in media tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads..

● Working knowledge of analytics platforms and media performance dashboards.

BONUS SKILLS (Not Required but Valued)

● Experience in content strategy—including campaign management, content planning, and social media content creation.

● Exposure to e-commerce media ecosystems and marketplace campaign planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
