sales and marketing supervisor

Responsible for driving sales and growing the business. Attracts clients and builds solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
2. At least 3 years relevant work experience in Sales & Mktg. or similar field preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
4. Strong organization and project management skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee the entire or a unit under Sales & Marketing Dept., monitor performance of all personnel and ensure high productivity in the department.
2. Responsible in the development and building productive and strong business relationships on behalf of the brands and the business as a whole with external partners (accounts)
3. Manages key accounts executives in ensuring target achievement and business growth for handled accounts
4. Partners with account in achieving market share and category growth
5. Works in collaboration with Brand Managers to achieve divisional and by brand goals / targets.
6. Provides analysis for performances – product, store/team and individual staff. This is for the purpose of identifying areas of improvement in the business's marketing strategies, identifying opportunities and understanding the market and competitive environment.
7. Responsible for setting and monitoring monthly targets per store and to ensure its achievement
8. Recommends and develops a business strategy with the objective of reaching targets
9. Shared ownership for all activities and events relevant to the brand
10. Provide business intelligence of consumer, competitor, and market trends in the industry and within the brand's landscape
11. Works closely with the operations team to ensure that the branches are well stocked with operational supplies and well-managed.
12. Ensures that each branch has a high performing team and makes recommendations on action points
13. Collaborates with supply chain in sales forecasting to ensure healthy inventory level within the business and maximize sales opportunities at all times.
14. Identifies sales opportunities for the brand, including demand generation initiatives together with marketing
