The Role

As a
Junior Multimedia Specialist
, you'll help bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, videos, and sound. Working closely with our Creative Producer, you'll support the creation of podcasts, training videos, and promotional content that highlight 5 ELK's brand and culture. If you love crafting eye-catching visuals and polished edits, this role lets you make every project

What you'll do

• Edit and produce podcasts, including basic audio cleanup and branding.
• Create videos and graphics for social media and internal projects.
• Assist with motion graphics and video editing using Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
• Organise and manage media files and digital assets.
• Work with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
• Stay updated on multimedia and podcast trends to share fresh ideas.

What we are looking for

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, IT, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Basic video editing skills, ideally with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiar with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects.
• Basic understanding of audio editing, color correction, and video exporting.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS or JavaScript for web-based multimedia work.
