DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check and validate Purchase Requisition of all sites.
  • Prepares purchase order for the request of all sites.
  • Finds new suppliers that can offer quality goods and services for the company need.
  • Negotiate with the suppliers for cost efficient and cost saving transactions
  • Purchase all approved PO.
  • Checking of TPLI billing.
  • Filing of PO's and other documents.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate head.
