Buod ng Trabaho:

Ang Handyman ay responsable sa iba't ibang uri ng pagkukumpuni, pag-aayos, at pagmamantine upang matiyak na maayos at ligtas gamitin ang pasilidad, kagamitan, at mga kasangkapan. Kinakailangan ng trabahong ito ang kakayahang mag-troubleshoot at magsagawa ng simpleng pagkukumpuni sa iba't ibang larangan.

Mga Tungkulin at Responsibilidad:

  • Gumawa ng pangkalahatang pagkukumpuni at maintenance gaya ng karpinterya, pagpipintura, tubero (plumbing), kuryente (electrical), at simpleng mekanikal na gawain.
  • Suriin at ayusin ang mga kagamitan, gamit, at sistema ng gusali.
  • Mag-assemble, mag-install, at mag-ayos ng mga kasangkapan at fixtures.
  • Magsagawa ng preventive maintenance upang maiwasan ang malalaking sira.
  • Tumugon agad sa mga service request at emergency repairs.
  • Siguraduhin na maayos at ligtas gamitin ang mga tools at materyales.
  • Panatilihin ang kalinisan at kaayusan ng lugar matapos ang trabaho.
  • Makipag-ugnayan sa supervisor o kliyente ukol sa progreso at isyu ng trabaho.
  • Sumunod sa safety protocols at regulasyon ng kumpanya o gusali.

Kwalipikasyon:

  • Nakatapos ng High School o vocational course (mas mainam kung may kaugnayan).
  • May karanasan bilang handyman, technician, o katulad na posisyon.
  • May kaalaman sa karpinterya, plumbing, electrical works, at pagpipintura.
  • Marunong magbasa ng simpleng technical manual o instruction.
  • Malakas ang pangangatawan at kayang magbuhat o maglipat ng kagamitan.
  • May kakayahang mag-troubleshoot at may atensyon sa detalye.
  • Kayang magtrabaho nang mag-isa o may minimal na supervision.
