We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a Travel Account to assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, reservations, cancellations, and general travel inquiries. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails regarding flights, hotels, and travel reservations
- Assist customers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary concerns
- Provide accurate travel information, fare details, policies, and guidelines
- Process payments and verify customer information securely
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Escalate complex concerns to higher support when necessary
- Maintain high accuracy and meet performance metrics (AHT, QA, CSAT)
- Ensure a positive and hassle-free travel experience for every customer
Qualifications
- HS/SHS Graduate or College Level/Graduate
- At least 6 months Call Center Experience (BPO)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working on-site and computer-literate
- Experience in a travel, airline, or hospitality account is a plus
