We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Team Lead to join our Travel Sales Account. The Team Lead will be responsible for guiding a team of sales representatives, ensuring targets are met, and delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining adherence to sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2nd year completed in college
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Lead in a Sales LOB (preferably BPO setup)
  • Strong background in quota-based KPIs and performance management
  • Solid understanding of closing techniques, objection handling, and adherence to sales scripts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu and on night shift schedules
