Join Grepcor Diamonde and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate diagnostics and smooth lab operations. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll keep life-saving equipment performing at its best—because every test result matters.

What You'll Do:

Install, set up, and calibrate laboratory equipment at client sites.

Conduct customer training on proper equipment use and maintenance.

Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic devices.

Respond to service calls (onsite or remote) with quick, effective solutions.

Build lasting partnerships with clients through excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electronics Engineer (REQUIRED).
  • 1+ year of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing lab machines.
  • Strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and willing to travel for field support.
  • Preferably residing near Cotabato Regional Medical Center (CRMC).

Manila area (QC and Makati)
