Finishing Painter (Cabinet & Carpentry Works)

Biñan, Laguna | Full-time | Onsite

About the Role We are hiring Finishing Painters for our Space Solutions department in Biñan. This role specializes in the finishing of modulars, joineries, cabinets, and carpentry works produced in our plant. The work requires a sharp eye for detail, proper handling of paints and chemicals, and the ability to retouch and refine furniture or fixtures before installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and applying primers or sealants.
  • Mix paints and finishes, ensuring accurate color matching when specific shades are unavailable.
  • Apply coats of paint, varnish, or protective finishes for smooth, high-quality results.
  • Perform touch-ups on joints, gaps, or scratches to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Maintain brushes, sprayers, and tools in proper condition.
  • Follow safety protocols when handling paints and chemicals.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or holder of Vocational/Technical certificate.
  • 1–2 years of painting or finishing experience (construction, joinery, or carpentry background preferred)
  • Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
  • Physically fit and willing to work flexible or night shifts (7AM–4PM / 6PM–12MN).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
