Cabinet Installer / Assembler (Modular Works)

About the Role We are looking for Cabinet Installers/Assemblers to join our Space Solutions team. This role involves assembling modular items such as cabinets, doors, and joinery works in our Biñan plant, and installing them on project sites. Candidates must be skilled in precision assembly and installation, ensuring all pieces are properly aligned, secured, and finished to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinets, modulars, and joinery items in the plant.
- Install doors, drawers, and full units at client sites.
- Read and follow technical drawings or installation guides.
- Safely operate carpentry tools and ensure accurate workmanship.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and project teams for schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or Vocational/Technical certificate in Carpentry, Furniture, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in cabinet making, modular assembly, or carpentry installation.
- Able to read basic diagrams or blueprints.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts (7AM–4PM / 6PM–12MN).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
