About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

  • Candidate who can start ASAP/Immediately will be prioritising to process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience handling complex projects.
  • Project Management Certification (PM or equivalent) required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php85, Php120,000.00 per month
