Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Sto. Tomas Doctors Hospital And Medical Center Inc. in the vibrant community of Santo Tomas City Batangas. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to patients in a general medical and surgical setting
• Assisting with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
• Promoting patient education and supporting patients and their families throughout the care process

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• A valid nursing license and current registration with the appropriate regulatory body
• At least 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a general medical and surgical setting
• New passers are welcome to apply.
• With or without experience.
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to effectively assess, monitor, and provide nursing interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technology
