About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at Sto. Tomas Doctors Hospital And Medical Center Inc. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. This is a full-time position based in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
What you'll be doing
- Dispense and distribute prescription medications to patients with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide pharmaceutical consultations and advice to patients and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure appropriate medication management and patient safety
- Monitor and report any adverse drug reactions or interactions
- Maintain detailed records and inventory of pharmaceutical supplies
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid Pharmacist license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body
- New passers are welcome to apply
- With or without experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care
- Proficient in using pharmacy management software and information systems
