About Ever Lasting

Ever Lasting is a design-led home decor and bedding brand focused on thoughtful craftsmanship, calm storytelling, and small batch production. As we move into our next stage of growth, we are strengthening both customer experience and the internal systems that support the brand.

This role will help build stability and clarity across day-to-day operations.

Who We're Looking For

You have at least three years of brand-level Shopify customer service experience. You stay composed in fast-paced environments, communicate with warmth, and enjoy improving workflows rather than only reacting to tickets. You bring a dependable presence to the team and think steps ahead.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Success


• Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and a calm brand voice.


• Flag recurring issues and recommend improvements that reduce repeat tickets.


• Support the customer journey across email, chat, and order questions.

Operations and Fulfillment Coordination


• Oversee daily order flow and resolve issues with fulfillment partners.


• Monitor shipping errors, delivery issues, and operational gaps.


• Communicate with partners clearly when special handling is needed.

Website and Shopify Support


• Update product listings and review SKU accuracy.


• Help maintain clear customer touchpoints that support conversion.

Process Improvement and Automation


• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose smoother systems.


• Use AI tools to simplify repetitive tasks where appropriate.

Cross-Team Coordination


• Stay aligned with marketing, design, and product teams.


• Support seasonal campaigns by coordinating updates and customer-related tasks.

Documentation and Internal Guides


• Create and improve CS and operations guides for future team members.


• Help keep all information organized and easy to follow.

Data and Reporting


• Track weekly ticket trends and share insights with the team.


• Surface recurring issues so we can address root causes quickly.

What You Need to Succeed


• At least three years of Shopify and brand CS experience.


• Strong written English and thoughtful communication.


• Calm presence during busy periods or complex situations.


• Proactive mindset and comfort working independently.


• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.


• Familiarity with AI tools or basic automation.


• Interest in decor and comfort giving simple style recommendations.

Compensation and Schedule



Full time expected range:
PHP 30,000 to 50,000 per month
, depending on experience and capability.


• Strong potential to transition to full time after consistent performance.


• Work hours follow US time zones with flexibility depending on workloads and daily needs.
