  • Actual inventory of container vans (old and new) at Cebu yard
  • Monitoring the circulation of vans
  • Overseeing the quality of all repaired trailers
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of port assets, including container vans, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Track the condition and usage of assets to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and replacements as needed.
  • Monitor the circulation and allocation of container vans and other assets within the port.
  • Prepare regular reports on asset utilization, availability, and any discrepancies.
  • Ensure all assets comply with safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation for asset transactions, inspections, and audits.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth asset management.
  • Communicate with vendors or suppliers for asset procurement or servicing.
  • Assist in the allocation of assets for cargo handling and transportation.
