Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations in 

our company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office administration, support internal 

teams, maintain compliance with company policies, and foster a productive and organized 

workplace environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably within outsourcing, BPO, or 

service-oriented industries.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, &/or any project management tools).

• Knowledge of HR and current Philippine Labor laws.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing business needs.

Reports to: Global Operations Manager / General Manager (President)

Job Responsibilities


• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and equipment.

• Serve as the main point of contact between management and staff.

• Oversee administrative support functions such as staff leave and attendance.

• Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Coordinate HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee 

engagement.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and local labour laws/regulations.

• Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

• Supervise administrative staff and provide training/support as needed.

• Monitor performance metrics to optimize efficiency across teams using company 

tools, RDMS / RTS.
