Project Sales Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide full administrative and operational support to the Head of Project Sales.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation and coordination of internal and regional meetings.
  • Prepare and consolidate sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor project trackers, follow-up with teams for updates, and ensure document compliance.
  • Handle confidential files, communications, and assist and ad-hoc project requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience in sales or related field (At least 2 - 3 years experience).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SAP/CRM software is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in a TAGUIG CITY.
  • Willing to start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
