Job Description
The Account Manager Associate serves as the primary support pillar for our client-facing operations. The mission of this role is to ensure client satisfaction, maintain high retention rates, and support the team in driving organic growth within our existing portfolio. You will act as a liaison between our clients' needs and our company's solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Support
- Act as a reliable point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring not only a rapid response time but also the proactive identification of underlying needs.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients.
- Schedule and help facilitate regular "check-in" meetings and Business Reviews.
- Monitor client health metrics and identify "at-risk" accounts before they churn
- Support Senior Account Managers in preparing proposals and contracts for renewals and upsells.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product development team.
- Maintain clean and accurate data within the CRM to ensure pipeline transparency.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business goals to suggest relevant new features or services.
3. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 0–1 years of experience, open to fresh graduates.
Skills:
Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to present data clearly.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Empathy: A natural ability to understand and prioritize client frustrations and goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
