If so, we're looking for you to join our growing team as an influencer prospecting and outreach specialist

In this role, you'll be a key member of our team focused on expanding our network of creators and influencers across diverse categories. You'll primarily focus on prospecting influencers and creators whose accounts have good or great engagement, collecting relevant data and insights, outreach, gathering campaign details and pricing for both faceless content pages (news, meme, and theme pages) and on-camera content creators. Your efforts will directly contribute to successful brand campaigns, whether through branded content posts or the creation of bespoke content.

This isn't just about transactions; it's about building lasting relationships. We need someone with exceptional people skills, a good sense of humor, and a creative approach to fostering trust and rapport. You'll be a master at organization, meticulously building and maintaining comprehensive databases of potential collaborators, complete with all relevant statistics.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct extensive outreach to influencers and content creators across various niches.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing for campaigns, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Gather and meticulously organize creator details, statistics, and campaign preferences in comprehensive spreadsheets or a CRM.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with creators, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Collaborate internally to align creator partnerships with brand campaign objectives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and identify emerging creators and platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in influencer/creator outreach and relationship building.
  • 2+ years of negotiation experience with a strong track record of successful outcomes.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Sheets and comfort using project management tools like ClickUp or Asana.
  • Exceptional English spelling and grammar, free of colloquialisms, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • A highly efficient and organized individual who is proactive with processes and follow-ups.
  • A creative and resourceful individual with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time, fully-focused schedule of 8-9 hours per day.
  • Schedule options (Mon-Fri US Eastern Time):
  • 9am - 5pm ET
  • 8am - 4pm ET
  • 7am - 3pm ET
  • 6am - 2pm ET

Major Pluses:

  • Technical proficiency to utilize tools like Apify or Phantombuster (social media scraping tools).
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Extensive experience with LLMs and AI tools.
