- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with peers and management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or call center handling frontline voice calls.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts and be physically present onsite at the company location.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure or in difficult situations.
