
Customer Service Staff

Responsible in helping customers with their complaints and questions , give customers information about product and services , take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations. They are sometimes seen as having role in sales.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so they can can answer the questions.
- Processing orders , forms, applications , and requests..
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product inquiries, quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
- Receive review and process purchase orders accurately into system.
- Coordinate with product planning to confirm delivery schedules and lead times.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including quotations, invoices, shipping documents and order confirmations.
- Track orders from confirmation to delivery , keeping customers update on status.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Keeping records of the customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer professional support.
- Monitor proper compliance in company rules and regulations and other social compliance policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office App
- No visible tattoo
- Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela
