About the role (What you'll be doing)Primary liaison with payroll vendor to coordinate payroll inputs, review outputs, and ensure timely processing and payroll payments. Partner with vendors to ensure payroll deliverables comply with local tax laws, statutory updates, and company policies.

Maintain and manage the time and attendance system (Sprout), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee work hours

Collaborate with the People Team to validate employee data and process changes that impact payroll. Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accurate payroll accounting, GL postings, reconciliations, and statutory payments. Support audit processes, including responding to financial year-end audit requests and data validation.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline payroll operations and improve accuracy. Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to security standards for all payroll-related information. Support EUC's global payroll operations, collaborating with vendors and internal teams on cross-border payroll matters.

About you (Who you are)What you bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Experience:6–10 years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle Philippine payroll

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and tax regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)Experience working with payroll vendors and third-party providers

Familiarity with GL reconciliation and payroll accounting

Experience with payroll systems and HRIS integrations (e.g., BambooHR, Sprout, NetSuite)Nice to have:Exposure to regional/APAC payroll operations (e.g., Japan, South Africa)Experience supporting global payroll functions in a hybrid in-house/vendor setup

Background in HR operations or payroll-related accounting
