AU Content Associate Manager

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Content & Creative Associate Manager to lead the development and execution of content strategies across multiple clients and a variety of e-commerce marketplaces. In this role, you will serve as a key client partner, providing expertise on marketplace best practices and leading a team to deliver high-impact content and creative solutions. You will manage day-to-day content operations, mentor junior team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with broader advertising and business objectives.

This role requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of Amazon content, creative strategies, and performance data, as well as a passion for driving innovation and efficiency in content creation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of content and creative strategies across multiple clients (including tier 1) and ad hoc audits, serving as a trusted client partner and authority on Amazon best practices.
• Manage and mentor junior content team members—assigning projects, monitoring performance, ensuring quality standards, and providing guidance, training, and support for skill development.
• Collaborate with designers, media teams, and account managers to deliver award-winning creative strategies and ensure all content aligns with clients' advertising, SEO, and business objectives.
• Develop and implement creative and content strategies that drive client growth, supported by strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance data and optimize content and creative output.
• Contribute to content thought leadership through agency resources, POV pieces, and case studies, while serving as an internal subject matter expert to create SOPs, processes, and lead team trainings.
• Partner with global counterparts to maintain global consistency and knowledge sharing, while gaining an understanding of Amazon content and creation commercials.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising, with a strong focus on Amazon and other marketplace content.
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams while overseeing multiple content projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Expert in Amazon content creation and optimisation — including titles, bullet points, A+ content, storefronts, and image stacks — backed by strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
• Skilled in project management, consistently leading multiple initiatives, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across media, account management, and design teams.
• Exceptional client-facing communicator, adept at articulating strategy, presenting recommendations, managing expectations, and developing SOPs, training materials, and process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Proficient in Asana, Trello, Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of paid media platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
• Experienced with AU clients and available for AU hours (6:00 AM–2:00 PM PH Time).
